Accounts Assistant: Maternity Leave Cover

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant (Maternity Leave Cover) to ensure the timely collection of debt and reduce company risk when offering credit accounts.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Open new customer accounts, carrying out credit checks
  • Ensure credit limits are being adhered to and are still relevant
  • Maintain credit insurance policy
  • Collect outstanding debts with payment terms
  • Allocate cash within the accounts system
  • Reconciliation of factoring account
  • Assist on cash reporting and forecasting
  • Complete bank reconciliations
  • Post daily e-commerce sales and receipts
  • Reconcile EBay and Amazon accounts
  • Inter-company invoicing and reconciliations
